A Word on Cats

Last week we drove down to the vets’ for two reasons. Brody had a few shots and stuff to get to keep him healthy and stuff, and we needed to drop off Troi’s body for cremation. We’ve been wanting to do that for a while, and seeing as it’s cold here in Minnesota during January, preserving her body wasn’t too hard. But we needed to take care of it. We gave her to the vets’, and on Monday we picked up the ashes.

Although is was hard to do, it was good to get some closure on that. Once summer comes around, we’ll bury her ashes. But now, it feels good to have her taken care of. Now I’m ready to get another cat (or two, even). I’m looking forward to having cats running around again. I don’t dislike Brody… But he’s definitely not a cat. ;)

So, to those who say I’ve been converted… *eyes the Ryan’s* ;) …I shall simply find a new feline mastermind to take over the world!

And there you have it.

PS………….dogs really do drool. and cats really do rule…….and I wouldn’t have it any other way. (sorry Brody, I still love ya, you extreme bundle of cuteness!)
